Apps that I use on my phone
Smart Launcher - The launcher of my phone. Customisable + has this neat feature where I can paste any images to the homescreen (great with stickers)
MiXplorer - Very light, small, ad-free and feature packed file manager
Media :
- Adobe Lightroom - Mostly editing RAW images.
- InShot - Mostly making memes or editing Videos and the inage editing is not too bad.
- F-Stop - Photo gallery makes it easy to add tags, batch rename, has a customisable grid view, a fav panel.
- Gramophone - A beautiful open-source music player that supports Monet theming.
- Compress Image - My phone storage is too low and I have so many images. I use this to save space without sacrificing image quality.
- Sponge - I use this Tinder style app to quickly get rid of images i don't want to store anymore.
- Snapseed - Amazing for image editing, not so great for RAW editing.
Internet:
- Brave - adblocker is as good as uBlock which is better than other browsers and it being native makes it resource efficient
- Windy : Weather radar maps, satellite animations
- Kiwi Browser - Supports chrome extensions.
- Via Browser - A light browser that has tons of useful features bu default: Resource Sniffer, View Source, User-Agent, User Scripts support, Customisable Reader Mode, Save page as PDF, Network Log.
- Droidify - A client for fdroid - an appstore for opensource android apps
- ProtonVPN - Free and private VPN from a company that is trustworthy.
- TodayWeather - Weather app with options to choose from a large number of weather data sources. (Got a free premium sub from the dev)
- iNaturalist - An app for recording observations of plants, animals, insects
Writing & notes:
- Appflowy : A better notion alternative because its not laggy but it has annoying bugs. Mostly use this for journalling and diary
- Google Keep - Simple note taking terrible for organising to many notes
- Nicemind - Mind maps
- Remember the Milk - Making multiple lists like todos and literally about anything.
- Memento database - Using this to store playlists of albums in diff categories. I would just use YTM if it had folder support but ut doesn't.
Other apps Keyboard - GBoard (terrible shit I only use it because of the GIF and Emoji kitchen features) Mail - Tuta, Proton Socials - Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp
